Roses’ Thorns end your life by Jason Branton]
She opens the door
and steps right inside
I see her from far
and decided to hide
She looks around the room, lost in it's size
I called out to her, a little surprise
“Watch where you step, the roses are near”
But she kept on walking, showing no fear
her foot stroke the rose
It’s petals so light
But it's thorns were the ones
to draw red blood so bright
She fell to the ground
and called out to me
and the sun began to set
All I saw was beauty
For a damsel in distress
I ran towards her, roses under me
As they cut me open, now my blood would flee
I fell beside her, face to face
A bed of roses, our final resting place
