Immortal by Mei Zhen

A tiny taste of ambrosia
May ensure that I never grow old
But a life without your presence
Would be desolate and cold

For but a moment of your love
I would forsake a lifetime
To feel the rapture that is you
Is nothing short of sublime

I’ve been trying for so long
To put up some kind of fight
But if loving you is wrong
Then nothing can make me right

Your affection is my addiction
And I’m suffering from withdrawl
But it’s better to have lost you
Than to never have loved at all
